Refund Policy

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for regular orders or pre-orders. If you’ve placed an order, you will receive your order as promised.
• If you’ve received your order and are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to our customer service department so we can assist you. 

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges can only be made if we mistakenly sent you an incorrect item or an incorrect size.
• If you are requesting an exchange due to receiving an incorrect item/size you MUST initiate the exchange within 14 days of the item being delivered.
• To initiate an exchange, please email us at Support@BecomingHER.info
• In order for the exchange to be accepted, items must be in original condition and in original product packaging.
• If the item appears worn, washed, damaged, or altered in anyway, your rights to an exchange will be forfeited.
• Please do not ship any items back to us without initiating an exchange via our customer service email AND receiving confirmation from us.
