Shipping & Pre-Order Policy
Shipping Policy For “In Stock, On Hand” Items:
- Once you place an order please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
- After approximately 1-3 business days your order will be shipped and you’ll receive a tracking number via email and/or text.
- Orders placed with an international shipping address may take longer to be shipped and delivered.
Shipping Policy For “Pre-Order” Items:
- Once you place an order please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
- After approximately 1-4 weeks your order will be shipped and you’ll receive a tracking number via email and/or text.
- Orders placed with an international shipping address may take longer to be shipped and delivered.
Shipping & Tracking Information:
- We are not responsible for shipping or carrier issues once your package leaves our possession.
- Tracking numbers are emailed immediately once your order has shipped.
- Once you receive your tracking number you can typically expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days.
- For lost, damaged or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
- All USA orders are shipped using either USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- All international orders are shipped using DHL or FedEx.
Failed To Deliver Packages
- If a package is returned to us and marked as “Failed To Deliver” due to refusal to receive, delivery access issues, incorrect address, etc you will be responsible for paying the reshipping fees.
